1. Processing Time
Orders are almost always processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
Shipping options (standard and express) are available at checkout, along with estimated delivery timeframes.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
• Standard domestic (Australia): 5–7 business days
• Express domestic: 2–3 business days
• International: Delivery times vary by destination and carrier

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, shipping method selected, and order size.
4. Free Shipping
We offer free domestic shipping on Australian orders over $100 AUD.
International free shipping thresholds vary by destination and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
5. Risk & Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier.
While we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping providers, we will assist in lodging investigations where appropriate and will do everything in our power to get a good resolution for you.
If authority to leave is selected at checkout, we are not responsible for parcels once marked as delivered by the carrier.
6. International Shipping & Duties
We ship to select international destinations.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total.
Customs processing may cause delays beyond estimated delivery times.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
8. Delays
Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, or global shipping disruptions.
We are not liable for delays arising from such circumstances.
9. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at Ree@clawsforchange.com.
We will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier. Outcomes are subject to the carrier’s investigation process and policies.
